Terms, in plain language.

Coastline Content Co. is run by me, Jackson Phelps ("I," "me"). These terms apply when you request a sample or buy a plan ("you"). If you sign a service agreement with me, these terms are part of it. If the two conflict, the signed agreement wins.

1. Services and the free sample

• Free 3-post sample: $0. No card and no obligation. You keep the sample posts either way.
• Social: $350/mo for 12 posts, captions and a content calendar.
• Website: $450 one-time.
• Care plan (optional): $35/mo for hosting, updates and small edits (about 30 minutes a month). I quote bigger changes before any work starts.
• Bundle: $375/mo + $350 build. Includes Social and the Care plan.

Free sample. I may use your public photos and business information to make your sample posts. I use them for the sample only. The sample is never posted anywhere without your approval.

Website without the Care plan. If you skip the Care plan, you host the site yourself. At launch, I hand over the site files and help move them to your own hosting and domain. After handoff, hosting, domain renewals, security and updates are your responsibility. I quote any later edits separately.

Domains. If you already have a domain, you keep ownership of it. If I register one for you, it is registered in your name or transferred to you.

2. Payment

Monthly plans are paid in advance at the start of each month. Website builds are paid as stated in your service agreement. Work starts once I receive payment. If a payment is more than 7 days late, work pauses until it is paid.

3. Month to month; cancel anytime

There is no long-term contract. To cancel, email coastlinecontentcompany@gmail.com at least 7 days before your next billing date. Your plan runs through the end of the month you have paid for.

Termination by me. I can end service with 7 days' notice. If I end service, I will refund any prepaid, unused time on a prorated basis.

4. Refunds

I do not give refunds for a month that has already started or for work already delivered. The only exception is a prorated refund when I end service, as described in section 3.

5. Your approval

You approve everything before it is posted or published. Nothing goes live without your approval.

6. Your responsibilities

You agree to give me accurate information. You agree to send only photos, logos and other material you own or have permission to use. You also agree to follow the rules of the platforms you use.

7. Ownership

Once you have paid, you own the posts and website content I deliver to you. I will show your work in my portfolio only with your permission.

8. Account access

For Social, I use partner access through Meta Business Suite. I never ask for your password. I use this access only to deliver the agreed services, and you can remove it at any time.

9. No guaranteed results

I do careful, consistent work. However, I cannot guarantee results such as followers, sales or search rankings.

10. Third-party platforms

Platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok and Google are outside my control. I am not responsible for their outages, rule changes or decisions about your accounts.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, my total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid me in the month before the claim.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

13. Changes

If I update these terms, I will post the new version here with a new effective date.
