No. We never ask for passwords. We post through Meta Business Suite, Meta's free tool for managing a Facebook Page and its connected Instagram account. You invite us as a partner from your Business Suite settings and choose what we can do, such as creating and scheduling content. Meta grants this access directly, so your password never changes hands.

You can see who has access and remove it at any time from the same settings screen. If your Instagram account is not yet connected to a Facebook Page, we will walk you through it.

In Meta Business Suite, open Settings and go to the people or partners section. Add us using coastlinecontentcompany@gmail.com, then choose the access you want to give for your Page and Instagram account. Meta changes its menu names from time to time. When we start, we will send you current step-by-step instructions or walk through it with you.

1. We prepare your content calendar and draft posts with captions.
2. You review them and approve them or request changes.
3. We revise anything you flag.
4. We schedule only approved posts. Nothing goes live without your approval.

Yes. Monthly plans (Social, Care plan and Bundle) are month to month. Email coastlinecontentcompany@gmail.com at least 7 days before your next billing date, and your plan will not renew. Your plan runs through the end of the month you have paid for.

We do not give refunds for a month that has already started or for work already delivered. If we end service, we will refund any prepaid, unused time on a prorated basis.

Monthly plans are paid in advance at the start of each month. If a payment is more than 7 days late, work pauses until it is paid. Work resumes as soon as payment is received.

There is no long-term contract. You sign a short service agreement, and monthly plans are paid month to month. A website is a one-time $450 build.

No. The Care plan ($35/mo) is optional. Without it, you host the site yourself. At launch, we hand over the site files and help move them to your own hosting and domain. After that, hosting, domain renewals, security and updates are your responsibility. We quote any later edits separately.

You get three ready-to-post social media graphics made from your photos for Instagram, Facebook or TikTok, with captions and local hashtags. The sample is a one-time offer, free and with no obligation. You keep the posts either way.

We personally review everything before you see it. You then approve it before it goes live.

We need a few photos of your work, products or space. We also need your services or menu, your hours, and how customers book, order or reach you. For a website, please also share your preferred domain if you have one.
